August 25-26, 2023 Annual Meeting

In-person meeting! 1.5 hours of CME Friday August 25, 4 hours of CME Saturday August 26.

CME Registration (includes Fri dinner, Sat lunch, Sat snacks):

  • PMMA members: $150 active practice, $100 semi-retired, $50 retired
  • Non-PMMA physicians: $225 active practice, $150 semi-retired, $75 retired
  • RNs and other allied health professionals: $100
  • Residents, fellows, and students: Free

    • Annual Membership for 2023:

    • $75 for physicians in active practice
    • $50 for semi-retired physicians
    • $25 for fully retired and associate members
    • Free for students/residents/fellows

    Saturday Dinner (catered Filipino food):

    • $25 for ages 12 and older
    • $10 for ages 4 to 11
    • Free for ages 0-3

    How to register (Registration deadline is Friday, August 18, 2023 as we need to know how much food to plan!):

    Instructions for paying by Venmo:
    Email info@phmma.org how many will be going and amount you will pay. Simon Kung will send you a Venmo payment request.

    Instructions for paying by PayPal:
    The idea is that you enter what you are paying for in the first input box, and you enter how much you are paying in the second box. When you pay for dinner, please also specify how many persons and what age groups.
    If paying by credit card, include your email to receive a receipt.
    Please email info@phmma.org to let us know how many we should reserve for your group for dinner. if you need a more specific receipt, or have other questions, also email us.

    Make check payable to "PMMA" and email info@phmma.org with how many people will be in your group for dinner. The mailing address is in the brochure link on the previous page.

    Instructions for donating:
    Click the "Donate" button below. You will be taken to the PayPal screen. On that PayPal screen, if you want to donate with a credit card, click the "Don't have a PayPal account?" link and it will take you to a credit card screen. Otherwise, you can use your PayPal account. PayPal will send you a receipt. Please email phmmainfo@gmail.com if you want further acknowledgement.
